About the Event
Let the busy-ness of your month go and take some time out for YOU in this two hour mini retreat to designed to help you unwind physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. We'll start with some breathing and essential oils, followed by some yin and restorative yoga poses. A guided meditation will follow finishing with yoga nidra and a some gentle energy work for the group to detox and let go of the month. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, ready for a great sleep and prepared to welcome in the new month feeling rejuvenated. We'll finish with some amazing organic flower tea and healthy oil infused treats. $30 per person or two clicks on your yoga concession card. Space is limited to 10 so booking is essential.
