About the Event
We open our circle with a brief meditation beofre using some essential oils to open up the limbic system. Reflective journalling folllows. Yin or Subtle yoga is next to open the body and release stress and tension. We then move into yoga nidra and deep guided meditation. Woven throughout is Reiki energy healing to gently rebalance and cleanse your energy system. The evening finishes with light refreshments, chats and laughs. $45 per person.
